Random Goal Update: 50 Books in 2008
One of my random goals for 2008 was to read 50 books during the calender year. If you check out my Shelfari shelf, everything I’ve read so far in 2008 has been placed on the ""I'm reading now"" shelf for tracking. I’m at exactly 25 books, 7 months into the year, so I’ve got some catching up to do. Anyone have any recommendations or suggestions?

The Spellman Files and Curse of the Spellmans. Both by Lisa Lutz. Both hilarious. Both quick reads. Both fantastic. The most enjoyable books I've read this year.
Funny, KareKare called me yesterday asking for a good, light, fun book suggestion to read while on the beach (her whole family is going to South Carolina for a week) and I suggested those books for her based on your Shelfari reviews! They seemed like solid beach choices. I should pick them up for myself, too.
